The beds were comfortable in my room. The room was also a good size. I found it convenient that the hotel is close to subway lines.
The elevator was slow for most of my stay. The dining area was also often dirty. The staff seemed okay, but they were nothing special.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist. i appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. It was quite refreshing. the location was convenient. i had direct access to the subway, made getting around easy.
the breakfast area seemed somewhat crowded, especially around the waffle iron, causing minor delays.
